Guys, I am also from goregaon (w). I was using 256 kbps unlimited IOL Plan. This month my cable guy renewed it on Exatt ( he told me that Exatt has taken over IOL). While the takeover thing was happening, even I got speed upto 800kbps, I could not believe it.But now it is back to normal, about 35 kbps.IOL did not have this single user multi user thing, my wifi router used to work fine on it.But in Exatt my cable guy renewed it on single user plan and am not able to get connected using my router. Is there anyway to connect through my wifi router through exatt single user plan.If not, is there anyway to change the plans (w/o paying extra)Also, I see on their site, the multi user plan is cheaper than single user plan, why is it so? ( I thought it would be expensive) Do we get slower speeds in multi user plan??Hey QMAXFS, I see that you are from goregaon (w). which exatt plan do you have and how much are you paying for it??
