I'm happy that I chose Tata Sky.
Thier techs are scared aF as they would be face severe consequences if they ask extra money for service visits.
Even getting a replacement remote is a breeze, book a service request and they'll home deliver it..No cash involved 200 bucks automatically deducted from the account.
The main office usually call and verify the completion and feedback.
A truly 5/5 service.
 
Right. Tata Sky seems to be the logical way ahead. Anyway, still quite some time to go to, for the current situation to pan out & then plan.
