Hi,I am trying to call 1901-425-6633 which is continously - number busy... r u also facing the same issues? I had called 0172-6600-6633 on sunday to book an installation (hardware already received and registered) ... during which some error occured in their system but they said some1 will call me... but no1 has till date...Now, both the above mentioned numbers are saying number busy and number incorrect resp...Does any1 of u know another number which can be dialled from New Delhi for getting the installation?-----------Had another question... as they say this system is wireless... does ny wire go physically from the minidish to the STB? or there is just a wired connection between the TV and the STB and rest is wireless... please help...ThxUdit
 
I just dialed 01726600663 and its working fine....
 
just started working... i think they had done that intentionally to avoid any calls as there system was down today....
 
Their system was down on 31st dec also.... They came to my home for tht second installation... I was all done in 10 mins but they couldn't activate the STB as the system was down.... It took them 2 hrs to activate it....There is an article in today's newspaper also... tht DTH companies r getting more orders than they can handle..... they r facing shortage on engineers despite having 3000 engineers 😉
 
cool... yaar hitman i had 1 question... is this installation can be done from a gallery??? or it needs to be placed only a terrace.... as i am in a flat... i wanted to do it from my gallery itself... but the two TVs are very far from that gallery.... will it be a prb in installation...How was ur installation placed? U in a flat or own house?
 
I have my own house and dish is installed on the terrace.... But 2 of my neighbor have got tht installed in the gallery.... Ur gallery must be facing north-east..... distance from dish to tv must not be a prob...
 

bad with directions🙁 ... i have worldspace also installed as well from that gallery.... if u have an idea ... is it the same direction? towards Sun is what he told me for worldspace 🙂 .... sorry neglect my knowledge abt directions ...so, there is a physically connection between the dish and STBs???Appreciate ur help Hitman 🙂
 
Ya exactly towards sun... If ur gallery face the direction where sun comes out u will have no prob...Yes there is a physically connection between the dish and STBs.... The dish will have a LNB and a wire from tht will be connected to ur STB...Also have u told them it will be 2 stb's installation at ur home ? Cos they have to bring dual LNB for dual connections...
 
they know i have 2 STBs.... when they call tomm. before coming i shall tell them again....any ideas till what time do they work? ... as i go to office 🙂
 
From 10 am to 8 pm...They will call u before they visit u... and will let u know abt the time when they will come... They told me 10 am and but came by 11 am...
 
Cool... lets see if they call me tomm... according to the news article ... they r less of engineers... and struggling to do installations already booked...ThxUdit
 
Yeah. No the rush should have gone down so they should have no problem.
 
from the initial experience, i find the sound and picture quality much better than the cable guy... now i can see vibrant colors and sound is also better... hoping they add more cool channels soon... as of now i can say i am loving it 🙂
