Home 250 - 2mbps Upgrade?

Hi, I have a BSNL Dataone Home 250 connection. I still see only 25-30KBps for my connection? Has'nt the Home 250 plan also been upgraded to 2MBps? Do any of the other Home 250 see speeds above 30KBps? Please let me know.I use a wireless connection.- Sekhar
 
^ At Hyderabad , Home 250 account is showing about 120kBps
(thru Netmeter) . I believe that it has been upgraded to 1 mbps .

And Dataone usage portal is showing Startup Plan , download
speed Upto 2 Mbps as the plan name for Home 250 account .
