Please specify me a good HD tv tuner which has HD support and record 1080p videos even from SD or HD channels.Please tell me the requirements for the external tv tuners
Please give me a suggestion its a bit urgent please help
 
Don't think there is such a device you can go for a dvd/hdd recorder, the output of the tuner can be connected to the device for recording purposes.
