This is totally unacceptable from Tata Sky. The least they could do is provide information through their messages feature. I feel the reason tatasky did not inform the users was they wanted to gauge the reaction. Don't forget that tatasky were providing the 2 channels in their 300 Rs package while nimbus had priced them at more than 50 Rs which is stupid. So tatasky must be paying a premium to nimbus to carry their channels and tatasky must be re negotiating the deal. Still they should have informed the subscribers.
Tata Sky can be taken to consumer court easily because they are clearly showing neo sports as available channels on their website which is misleading to consumer.plus yes tollfree number should be there. i wonder tatasky being so big company why havent they done so? may be they earn on calls made by customers. can any1 confirm if its premium number?
