I'm from Pune with the Home 1800(512Kbps) plan. The BSNL page states I have "upto 2Mbps" however, my speeds for the past 3 days have been rubbish at what looks like 64Kbps or less. Before this I did get 512Kbps always.I tried calling them up, but the local number is engaged and the broadband call center number says "your call is important to us, please stay on line, you will be attended shortly" - that went on ten times in a sick voice intermixed with advertisements for OneIndia...
