Exatt Having Problem

I am on exatt 256 in delhi and the access to all other sites oter than indian has been stopped.does anyone else facing similar problem I think its because of quake in taiwan
 
could be possible. i cannot access my server located in singapore... 🙁

I'm in mumbai and i have been having these issue of slow browsing and download since the 10th of december and after the taiwan quake things have only got worse. I was planning to shift to MTNL in the new year but mtnl had other ideas it seems. They have not increased the download limits so i'm stuck with exatt.
 
The slow downs have beend reported on Pacenet's servers as well who share their connection via Taiwan.The reason seems to be the the earthquake hit due to which the services has been disrupted.Though Pacenet resumed it's services yesterday,Exatt still seems to be stuck.

I confirm everyone that exatt has died in delhi it must be still be working in mumbai or else where but here in delhi i had checked there office ther e employees didn't get there pay for 3 months and everone is no listening to complaints so i think they had shut there working in delhi
