SORRY 🙁 ALL UL 900 and UL 900 Plus UsersI got a news from an insider, so I just said that. The news from the inside is BSNL gonna promote the HOME 500 plan now, just like they did with the free service in the beginning with the HOME 250 PlanThe main gimmick in the plans is "upto 2 Mbps" , this is where the catch lies. The HOME 3300 is the only plan to have steady 2 Mbps speed. All other plans will see fluctuations between 256kbps up to 2 Mbps. The upgrade is taking place all over India and will be available to you all by Jan 1st , I suppose. 🙂 Actually yesterday I got a phenomenal speed , utorrent in the period 0200 - 0800 hrs downloaded a whopping 1.92 GB [Download+Upload]And what has increased phenomenally is the upload speed. Those familiar with torrents know, it's really difficult to get decent upload speeds. All that gonna change now

On a Home500 connection, I am getting speed from 100Kbps to 1.5Mbps in daytime. Sometimes the D/L speed goes upto 180KB per sec, and sometimes it drops to 15-20 KB per sec. Its very fluctuating. However on my UL900Plus connection, the speed is quite stable at 29-30 KB per sec.
