Webel Isp (24online Client)

Well guys i use webel isp broadband in kolkata and am quite satisfied with the connection but the problem it it blocks ll my ports like im not able to port forward also ive heard its due to the client (24Online).Does any1 else in kolkata uses webel isp and has any1 knows how can i ports forward so that i can play some multiplayer games through ip.
 
i think , its due to installtion of 24online client and firewall. b/s if u uninstall it remains some files. just use http client.

For lan chatting and file sharing, use

also they have soft 24online, which blocks...ports b/s of virus/tojans...
