Two different IP, both not pingable

Idea 3G is working perfect. USB internet key (netsetter) connected to 3G router (router enabled wireless and 4nos. RJ45 Ethernet port all working perfect). But in internet status on router page shows one WAN IP at the same time while checking thru website (http://www.whatismyip.com/) IP showing different numeric (Both are IPV4 format). Both are not pingable from external computers. I’m using this internet connectivity to access my DVR remotely. Since WAN IP is not pingable, my requirement does not meet. I made lots of conversation with IDEA but helpless. Can someone help me in this regard?
