Hello Ppl,

This is Nikhil here and i need a favour from all the chennai junta who are now suffering with sify's broadband connection.

The Favour :

If you have got the sify's 64kbps Unlimited plan , which was unlimited until 2 months back until sify suddenly had change of plans , and informed the users that , your pack is not unlimited , and you can download only 150 MB/day!!!!!!

Now , this wasn't mentioned or written anywhere when a user bought a pack( 6 months or 1 year before) , which means that they don't stick to their agreement made initially. ( a case of fraud )

and therefore i will need you to write your complaint against sify , give me your Name, Address & Proof of purchase.

Queries welcome.

You can get in touch with me at vindictive.viper@gmail.com
and my num: 9884455792

Nikhil

ps: sush, feel free to make corrections if you need to. 🙂

damn..... this is so discouraging , this is the whole bl***y reason i hate this place(MADRAS)...aaaaaaarrrrrrggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOT ONE PERSON HAS GOT BACK.....

nikhil this isint fraud coz you can discontinue your service you havent signed a contract if you go to court you will loose 100% so take it easy my friend and switch your isp thats the only way you can show your anger if you have a look at the small print provided by sify in terms and conditions it should say somewhere subject to change without notice and its such a magical sentence companies keep on screwing thier customers coz of this 🙁

try showing the terms and conditions to some lawyer and he/she will tell you that we dont stand a chance against sify they are fine with all legal issues 🙁

I am when we click on "I Agree" button anywhere in the internet world we may not know that we are pledging our whole assets to them, this is similar case, they may have it somewhere in the disclaimer or some clause that they may change their structure anytime

remember the baazee case. the courts said that pressing the i agree button is not exactly a legal binding to that terms and conditions considering no formal signatures or digital signatures are exchanged.
