I am thinking of going in for a MTNL sim specifically for 3G on a Samsung Grand as a second sim. First being a Vodafone one which I have been having for ages for voice & sms. But as I have decided not enrich Voda any more I was thinking of this option. What's your opinion
 
MTNL 3G is very good. I am using it for 2 years now. I often get speeds more than 3-4mbps. Pages load quickly, there is no problem. The thing is, if you get switched to 2G network (happens rarely) you are in hell. It can be used only for whatsapp.
 
depends..the users who are roaming get a more good experience than normal users..so if you are a local user..better tell your area and ask!!
 
Lol. Having used dolphin for a considerable period, all i can say is MTNL's network has so many glitches. Don't even consider it for voice at least. For data, again, the 3G coverage is not very good. Manageable though.
 
Frankly I don't need 3G speeds on my phone but their 2G is priced just like Voda (which I dont want to use) & I find MTNL 3G prices v reasonable hence the quandary.
 
What happened to the previous 3G experience thread?
