honestly, this is kind of disappointment. not sure if the limits they show on free accounts are actual current limits. but it does look one of those situations where new features would end up becoming premium and eventually free users would be put on a backburner. 5 dollars per month is also kind of high for the stupid features they are offering. only real benefit is 4GB file size support. remains to be seen if india would get a cheaper localized pricing coz 400 bucks per month for this is really stupid.

Still nothing officially. The blog post is not on their blog but is indexed by Google and linked from tons of places. No announcement through official channels. God knows what's going on.
Looks like they are waiting for Android update to be out first before announcing officially. Seems to be out on iOS.
Looks like they haven't added premium in India even on iOS at the moment. Samuel has the latest update which mentions premium in changelog but he does not have the Premium option in the app yet.
