Telegram's turn to suffer a weird outage today it seems.
 

messages are randomly getting stuck at my end. attachments are also not going. twitter does show some messages from users saying europe is having issues.
 
New in version 3.3.2 beta:

• Select text when typing and choose 'Formatting > Spoiler' in the context menu to hide some or all of the contents of a message.
• Click on the spoiler in chat to reveal its hidden text.
• Spoiler formatting hides text in chat, as well as in the chat list and notifications.

Hopefully, reactions would arrive in an upcoming update. They accidentally released it for a while on Android.
 
Once they started charging (which they won't as they do it in the form of our data).. the bond will be broken.
