Speed Vary in 2mbps line

Hi All
I am new to this forum.
I have taken an internet connection from my cabel operator. I have opted for a 2mbps unlimited line. The average expected dowload for a 2mbps line is rougly 256kbps per sex. I use torrents to download movies, song and softwares, what i have noticed that during downloading some files is that, sometime on some files i get a download speed of 9-11mbps per sec. So i got a bit confused as to why that happens. Not all the files download at that speed but some do so i wanted to know what is the reason behind such extreme download speeds even when my download speed is 2mbps.

Hey buddy, since yours is a cable internet, you are on LAN and local peering is taking place. Or you network offers hub connectivity and that's why you are getting high speeds.

why r u even worried about that look for which files that happens meaning any particular scene or uploader check that try to download more from them
