What Is The BB Userid Pattern For Andhra Pradesh users ?!

After searching for about one & half hour, I've decided to make this thread. I've applied for the broadband connection, today(I should say yesterday as the time passed midnight) on Tuesday morning I got a message that my services have been activated and my landline is working immediately. But didn't receive the userid & password. I'm from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. What is the present pattern of Userid for the Broadband connections in Andhra Pradesh(excluding Hyderabad, for Hyderabad the userid pattern used to be 'bbxxxxx_scribd' where xxxxx is the LL number without 0. Earlier for the rest of the Andhra users, it used to be 'idxxxxxxxx', where xxxxxxxx is the number without 0, but it didn't work. So, is the userid still like 'idxxxxx' or BSNL has changed the pattern. How many days it takes to get the userid/pwd for the broadband connection, earlier it used to take 3-4 days but my local bsnl office guys have told me the process has become quick and BB userid/pwd can get in one or max two days since the landline services are activated. Since Wednesday is holiday, I guess have to add another day, may be I've to wait till saturday to get my credentials.

I'm not sure but mine was firstname followed by lastname initials, followed by phonenumber including the STD code.
So if my name is Rahul Sharma, it will be "rs8912575568" for Visakhapatnam.

you'll get your id soon. just wait for it. it took me a day to get mine.

Ok, thanks for the response, my name is with three parts rather than just two parts like rahul sharma example, tried different combinations but not accepted. Anyway, since you said visakhapatnam, do you know local broadband customer care number. I remember I used to call some local numbers to raise any complaint or to know information about my BB connection(its not 198 but a proper local numbers). They used to be much knowledgeable persons than what you get calling Toll-Free numbers.

Which part of Vizag do you reside in? If near Jagadamba, then its better to go to the JTO office and ask him for help.
