Atleast they are giving replacement. My zebronics mouse died and those people were like "Mouse ko bi kya warranty saar?" "Buy a new one" I was like sure, just give me the one you're using now, Ill go.

Yup. It's amazing to use a brand new unit today. The difference is significant. Logitech is usually built to last but this trackball does not last for much long. I guess three year warranty is worth it. I still have one year left. Would try to get another unit if some major issue arises before the warranty is over 😀
 
also... i had almost gone for a new trackball assuming that the warranty would have been for one year like most other computer accessories. i had gone to the store with hopes of getting repairs. incidentally, i found the invoice and took it with me. and the guy on the counter said that the trackballs have a three year long warranty so direct replacement. kind of saved 3500 bucks here. though the document provided by logitech states that the device costs 2800 rupees.
