how can I connect to any indian DC++ hub or with any of the mumbai hubs? cause I tried those hubs through which you guys connect to each other but nothing 🙁

You'll need to download DC++ & search for local public hubs via www.hublist.org
This will yield you net download speeds as you are randomly connecting to this Hub.Where do you live?
Which ISP? any other details?
Usually LAN speeds via DC++ are achieved for a limited distance where the ISP has a common wire which physically connects to various areas by the switches installed in the aparments.
If the hubs are hosted on another server(don't know the technical term) then you'll be able to connect, that is only chat, and see the userlist, but you won't be able to take the files...For example:XXX hub hosted at xxxhub.hopto.org etc.
