Happens someytimes at the end or start of a download. That must have just happened for a few seconds?
 
Try a speed test or something like that,download a large file off some ftp's.Itll give a more accurate figure.and btw is that firefox 2?
 
what is dowload/upload speed in day time(9 am to 9 pm) and night time(9 pm to 9 am)?do u get constant 64 KBps download speed on link-removed or other sharing site?
 
i am never big happen since 11 November 05 to 15 Dec. 2006. i mean my speed jump or like that. i am use net daily more then 13 - 15 hours.
