My CTO too doesn't bother to collect the money, doesn't bother to renew my account once I've gone mad calling him up to please come and collect it (renews it in anywhere from 3-8 days after it expires) so that I have to repeat the same ritual of calling him everyday to renew the account. Ufffff.
I have started to think he is running the Sify franchise at a loss and that's why he doesn't bother about anything.
Such are the middle-men Sify has placed before its customers to interact with.
