Does this works only on Kindle or I can download PDF and use it anywhere?
 
You can use them on the Kindle app on any compatible device (Android/iOS/Kindle) in addition to the web.
In other words, you do not get a PDF. You get the DRM infested Kindle eBook.
 
You should modify title a little since,66 eBooks for Rs. 66 = All 66 Books in Rs. 66 or Rs.1 per book but as per Amazon it is,
