Hello,
First of all, i've been a customer of theirs since the last 16 months and things were going fairly ok until the last few months were it has been utter nonsense that the companies bring me. I got hung upon by the customer service reps, their technician came to my house and installed electric supplies from my neighbour's house without his consent, who later came to me blaming for this. and their customer service reps for most of all need to be told that "Sir, i understand" is not a alternative to a situation when you don't know what to say.
This is an Email i sent them last night, and was pretty much expecting such a hideous reply. Note how the first 2 concerns of mine are answered but the most important one, #3 has just been ignored about. I have never seen such a stupid response from any companies in my life, i have stayed for 3 years in the US, and had they given such a reply to someone over there, the manager of the company would be on roads.
They End the email stating "They are always happy to serve" Their Business is run by a bunch of bullies..!!!
