Unable To Access Internet Using Linksys Wrtp54g

i am getting a connetion no found error whem i try to use the smart wizard that comes with linkysys wireless WRTP54G router.I have beetel 220bx modem.I am unable to access internet When I switch over to my beetel modem, it works fine.Is there some conflict between linkysys WRTP54G router and beetel 220bx?please give step by step method if you can to solve this problem
 
You probably have a IP conflict with 2 DHCP servers (beetel and the Linksys)From the User ManualLocal DHCP Server - DHCP is enabled by factory default. If you already have a DHCP server on your network (beetel 220bx), set the Router’s DHCP option to Disable. If you disable DHCP, remember to assign a static IP address to the Router (IP address should be out of the DHCP range of the beetel 220bx).
