Unable To Access Internet Using Linksys Rtp300

i am getting a connetion no found error whem i try to use the smart wizard that comes with linkysys wireless RTP300 router.I have beetel 220bx modem.I am unable to access internet When I switch over to my beetel modem, it works fine.Is there some conflict between linkysys router and beetel 220bx?please give step by step method if you can to solve this problem.
