Just follow the link and click on "Buy on Amazon.com". You will need to reauthenticate and then it will be added to your specified Kindle location.

Be careful while ordering these. I was charged $7.99 for this book which is supposed to be free. Have placed a refund request.

Select Manage your Kindle in Amazon.com from your account dropdown menu and then select Country settings in left sidebar.

can we save the ebook ?
You can download it on any device having the kindle app. If that is what you mean. And it remains in the cloud till your account is there with Amazon. If you want to share or sell as second hand, then that is not allowed.
