Installation Problems With Zenega Cd1004is Stb

Recently I subscribed to DishTV and was given ZENEGA CD1004iS STB. I opted to install on my own. I put up a 1300 mm dish and an Universal LNB. However, my STB does not recognise the dish at all. I simply get the Error message: INSTALLATION FAILED. STB NOT CONNECTED TO THE DISH. PRESS ok RETRY. However, when I try with an friend's KAON STB, there is no problem at all. I also notice that the ZENEGA STB does not have an option for UNIVERSAL LNB which is available in KAON STB. Any help will be greatly appreciated
 
I suggest that you get the installation done from the dealer the first time.This ensures proper completion of the formalities in the beggining and continued support for the default period of time.
 
Hi, It is not like that Dish TV not accepting LNP. The reason why i'm saying is.. Previously i had BHELL set top box with mini dish antenna for DD Direct. I just got my entire items only for watching FTA DD DTH. Later one of my friend was not using his dish tv set top box and subcription was expired. all i took his STB and replaced with my BHELL Set top box. I just called up CC and renewed his Box. It started working.. I didn't change anything on my Dish and LNP. There might be some activation required firstime. So please call technician and they will do it for you ThanksBala
