hi guys i am try several downloads and i am get 65 KBPS on link-removed. this is my dream come true.

That's a bug in IDM. Notice that 28 seconds remaining to download the remaining 415 KB does not equate to 65 KBps.

Calm down. Why the aggravation ?

I do know, because I use IDM too. Sometimes IDM shows crazy speeds for a couple of seconds and then tapers down to the normal speed. I regularly see IDM showing speeds of 25-30 KBps for a couple of seconds when I open up the download progress box from the minimised state (I have a 128 kbps connection). It then goes back to normal and shows the correct speed ie: 16-17 KBps.

BTW, you havent replied why it should show 28 seconds remaining to download the remaining 415 or so KB if the speed is truly 65 KBps 🙄

thanks "Dukes Mangola" for this line -

I recommend all three of you take 5 minutes to read the rules of the forum. Of note would be the sentence in red, which for your convenience is given below:

Just to keep the database size sane... Let's not quote posts which are already at the last of the thread...

All three of you have quoted from the post right before yours... please be considerate, and don't do that in the future.

And "lucky's net" please learn the difference between kbps and KBps (a.k.a. KB/s), before posting again.

Hello my knowledge is very hardcore in bit, byte, kilobyte, megabyte, giga byte understand.

my speed is not divide by 8 you thnink my speed is 56 / 8 Kbps = 7 KBPS (you said this)

my speed is truly 56 KBPS (big B) and i think your download manager shows your speed is Kilobit.

I'm losing my patience here. Just answer this:

"BTW, you havent replied why it should show 28 seconds remaining to download the remaining 415 or so KB if the speed is truly 65 KBps"

pls note :
file size --> 1.976MB = 1024 x 1.976 KB = 2023.424 KB
downloaded --> 541.406 KB
remaining --> 2043.424 KB - 541.406 KB = 1482.018 KB

if the speed is 65 KB/sec --> remaining time = 1482.018 / 65
this equals to 22.8 sec

I wish , I were right & this topic's arguments end soon ! thanks .

lucky's net, your knowledge must be really hardcore given that the topic of your thread was about how you were getting 65 kbps... -_- well, at least you have changed it now.

And judging by your last post I can take it that your comprehension skills are quite lax... so I'll put it in simpler terms: When you post, do not quote from the post immediately above yours!

so what you did in your last post (i.e. quoted my post which was immediately before yours) - don't do that.
