Help Me Bsnl Broadband

I AM USING BSNL DATA ONE 256 KBPS UNLIMITED PLAN IN KOLKATA.RECENTLY I AM FACING HUGE PROBLEM .WHEN I AM GOING link-removed FOR SOMETHING DOWNLOAD IT COMES ONLY 10/11 KB PER SEC SPEED.WHEREAS FEW DAYS AGO I CAN DOWNLOAD FROM link-removed WITH 30/32 KB PER SEC SPEED.IS IT MY CONNECTION PROBLEM OR link-removed SERVER PROBLEM?PLEASE TELL ME.

it appears that link-removed servers are delivering
at low speeds . it has been reported on the forums

I'd suggest to check your speeds on other servers .

bsnl speeds are down sice last two weeks i think they have capped speeds on downloading from link-removed
