All Incoming Ports Have Been Blocked - Cannot Host Website

I don't know what happened in the last week. I've tried forwarding ports and even removing the router but my ip just doesn't respond to pings anymore.
Several open port tests have also failed. Here is a screenshot from a test i did at grc

Any spectranet user facing similar issues?

Seems like a firewall issue. Try disabling your firewall or see if your firewall has a stealth mode option. If it does check if it has been set to stealth mode. If yes set it to open and then see if the ports are open.

^Dost, I've tried disabling the firewall and the anti-virus. I've even formatted the computer but it doesn't work. I'm familiar with all configurations. This is definitely not an issue from my side.
