...nice, we have a new BBCLIENT...now, what about a nice legenda with the meanings of the errors that come with it?Todat, this morning i had error 28,.. nice.. nice to know i have error 28, but what the heck does it mean?Any1 knows it? ( guess not but u never know 😀 ) And.. today they improved the speed and packages, maybe that was the cause of it? who knows...Error 28 who else got more nice errors to report 😛

lol close this.. this is a sh*tty topic.. i wrot ethis when i was drunkHow can u report an error message ,.. if u get one u cannot get online,.. and remembering the error in order to report it here..useless topic!! B)
 
I do actually have a funky Sify Broadband client error message. This came inspite of the fact that troubleshooter showed me no problem... the problem infact existed on the Sify's servers. But since the web interface is gone, they now have no place to inform us about future downtimes...the new software has many more shortcomings other than just irritation... 😉
 
Your second pic doesnt make sense to me..i cannot read itThe first one i also get, that is when the LAN is not working (properly)
 

mate, you need a good browser!!! its a simple interlaced gif 😛 highly optimized. actually the image had the troubleshooter displaying all the 3 detinations reachable, which meant the network was working fine.later when i managed to reach the network guys, they told me their servers had issues... 😡
 
Yea.,.im at work..i can see it now.. also have firefox here. Opera 7.54 @ home B) But it seems like the LAN is working..so... Blame SIFY
 
it was down for 3 hrs... 😛 the problem was that the customer care did not pick up the phone (as you earlier mentioed)! in the end managed to contact the people working in sify's server rooms in chandigarh who told me about the problem with the server. 🙂
