Yesterday I got a 126 rs. recharge done which gave me 1GB data for 1 month. The internet worked fine yesterday but now every 5-10 minutes it keeps getting disconnected and I have to switch off and switch on the mobile to make it work and sometimes even after switching off and switching on the mobile it doesn't work. This is getting really annoying. My mobile is Samsung Galaxy S Duos.
.
EDIT:I've contacted customer support and they are saying that I need to have balance of more than 1 Re. for the internet to work continuously. Is this true?

even if thats not true, Its one of the Best Canned answer CC Guys can give you.
I've used vodafone based on FRC where you paid 505 and didn't get a single rupee as balance but 5 GB of bandwidth, it never wanted me to have balance to work flawlessly.
A friend with S Duos, recently had this issue, his balance was 100+ and after multiple attempts a girl from cc said, your base-back was disabled and it re-activated it, which solved the issue for him.
send the SMS to activate 2G, or 3G and see if that helps. some guys say after recharging 2G pack, set phone on 3G mode for best speeds, but I am not sure how logical is that
or
recharge Rs.10 online, and see if that works fine in your case.

I already have 15 Rs. balance. And there's no 3G network in my area so there's no point in turning 3G on but I've kept it on just in case. But when I enter an area where there is 3G coverage, I get even slower speeds so I keep the sim in GSM mode.
And how do you enable base-back?

Issue i think is the Balance message which appears after each session gets stucked. Happens to me quite frequently. You try dialing *123# usually releases the balance pop up. And if you are using any pop up blocker like quite balance then disable it.

The first issue which i might check is that the com settings a number of which could embody allow PC to shut this device right down to conserve power, and allow this device to bring PC out of standby as they're connected... and baud additionally from there i might say web settings like disconnect once association could now not be needed.
