Seventymm Shopping User experiences

I placed an order for 2 sarees for my mom via Seventymm.com on March 3. Got a confirmation sms that my order has been shipped on March 4 via Quantium Courier for which a tracking number was provided. I tried to find a link online from where I could track my shipment but Quantium unfortunately provides nothing of that sort. Anyways since expected delivery date was 10 March so I was not worried. Yesterday I mailed Seventymm to check the order status. Today I found the local number of Quantium office and called them asking about my shipment. They said they have received my package but can't deliver as they have issues with Seventymm and have been asked by their superiors not to deliver any package received from them. WTF. 😛issed-off: I asked whether I can come to their office and collect it myself? She said its not possible.
Now Seventymm has just 1 number and its impossible to connect to it. They have not responded to the mail sent yesterday. Have sent them a second mail as well. I also tried finding their other numbers but the ones I found are all dead or wrong. Both Quantium and Seventymm's offices are very far away so won't be able to make the trip today. Will try to collect the package from Quantium's office on Monday.
My Verdict: Don't order anything from Seventymm.

Seventymm sell sarees? I thought they were a Netflix type movie delivery service? 😀

Yep. They ditched the movie delivery service long time back I think. Now all they have is a shopping store and a NSFW blog. 😛

Just checked Seventymm's fb page. :nonchalance: Its looks more of a complaint center. Seems I am not the only one.

Seventymm is a scam. I ordered shoes for my brother and after 2 weeks they provided delivery information which was from quantium couriers. But even after few days there was no status showing when i tried to track. Then i called 70mm and they told me its not yet shipped as its out of stock. So i threatened their senior execs on calls and asked them to initiate refund process while i am on call. After much of argument they did initiate refund process. So in the end i got the money back after a fight and after a week i got the shoes as well 😛

Haha. I remember about reading about a discount coupon on seventymm, added an item to cart just to see if it was working, had to enter details before. big mistake, they called me 5 times after that asking why I hadn't completed the order.

Any additional contact numbers you have that you can share? The one listed on the website hardly works.

I used the ones mentioned in website only

seventymm were good during the movie days.i was satisfied back then but .com dreams are not everyones cup of tea.I am sure seventymm hasnt paid quantum their dues..and qauntum is also a small company with limited sources so they will not extend their credit limits to crazy amount unless seventymm pays them their dues properly.
gati is one of the best ones when it comes to logisitics.if my .com clicks i will be choosing gati,even though they will ask me for deposit and all that crap..but they are very professional.

Maybe. But then Quantium should not take any packages from them. Why are they even accepting from Seventymm and blocking everything at their end? Let Seventymm suffer. :/

its called arm twisiting and nuisance value.this way the customer bangs on seventymm.they can also tell seventy mm that if you guys dont release our payment we will sell your stuff to recover..that sounds very cheap but for a small company it matters a lot.someone has to teach them a lesson.

Have tried that link earlier. Doesn't work. Glad you landed at this thread. Order it from somewhere else. 😛

This sucks.

Mailed their CEO and another guy from the company. NO response to the mails that I have sent earlier. Fortunately, I found the mobile number of a guy working at Seventymm's head office. At first he said he will ask CC to call me back. But I knew that was not gonna happen so I called him again. Thankfully he picked it up because I used the same no to call back. 😛 He put me in touch with someone from CC. (Surprised that their CC dept exists 😱 ). Explained the whole situation to him. He said that they will get the package back from Quantium and would issue me a refund. Let's see when that happens if it does at all.
