Seventymm Shopping User experiences

Maybe. But then Quantium should not take any packages from them. Why are they even accepting from Seventymm and blocking everything at their end? Let Seventymm suffer. :/

I have got a package from Quatium in the past, for tracking i used http://www.quantiumaspac.com/qtracker/track.aspx
Was going to purchase t-shirt combo from 70mm, now i wont :nonchalance:

its called arm twisiting and nuisance value.this way the customer bangs on seventymm.they can also tell seventy mm that if you guys dont release our payment we will sell your stuff to recover..that sounds very cheap but for a small company it matters a lot.someone has to teach them a lesson.

This sucks.

Mailed their CEO and another guy from the company. NO response to the mails that I have sent earlier. Fortunately, I found the mobile number of a guy working at Seventymm's head office. At first he said he will ask CC to call me back. But I knew that was not gonna happen so I called him again. Thankfully he picked it up because I used the same no to call back. He put me in touch with someone from CC. (Surprised that their CC dept exists ). Explained the whole situation to him. He said that they will get the package back from Quantium and would issue me a refund. Let's see when that happens if it does at all.

Quantium's Tracker is working finally but I am not sure whether its going back to Seventymm. Looks like it though. Man but if I had known the package was so near to where I live, I would have gone there easily to try and collect it. :O Anyways going by their fb page, I can never be sure whether they were sending the correct item anyway.

Also I got an email yesterday night that my shipment has been delayed. :nonchalance:

Hard luck bro.i guess you have spent too much time and money on this thing..and its disappointing for us the customers...i hope u get that package..dont forget to write a blog with filthy tags for 70mm

As of now, I don't want the package. Going by the accounts of customers on their fb page, if I get a wrong or defective item, I don't want a mess again trying to get the correct item or get a refund. Plus Quantium already stated its condition on the delivery. I just want a refund and have told them so. Am just hoping this redirected status is actually for that purpose only.

Quantium confirmed that the package is going back to Seventymm. Some Hope. leasantry:

Package returned to Seventymm. Got the order cancellation confirmation. Wait for the refund starts. Phew.
