I know a few 100% feminine girls who are strong enough to bench press me and i am more than 200lbs 😛

but do they molest you trying to teach you a thing or two 😀

no they just give me a huge complex since i can benchpress anywhee closer to 200 lbs. 🙁

hehe. last time i was in a gym which was like a decade ago, i struggled lifting 10KGs of weights. people around me were amused because i am a 6 feet tall guy with a decent physique. they thought i was kidding. i was on the other hand struggling. never went back. it was just too big of an embarrassment.

it is all about body geeting using too.I started when i was 18 from benching 40lbs ie 18kgs approx.everyone laughed at me too but withing 1 year i touched 165lbs ie 73 kgs..then i discontinued for 2 years, then again got back this time i had to start for 75lbs againand took another 6 months to reach 150 and then again i discontinued..

my point is its all about training your body.Regular workout can really suprise how your body gets trained to life heave weights..downside is that you gain lot of weight when you take a break.I am almost 100kg now for 5 11 and that is becuase of my inconsistency,i shouldnt have started weight training in first place... 🙁

now dieting ,yoga and walking/running seems to be only way for me to control my weight burst
