hi...i have been using sify for over 2 yrs now..n i called up the sify customer service to rnew my account..n then i spoke to this guy called THOMAS ..GUESS WHAT HE TELL ME WHEN I SD MY ACCOUNT IS ECIPRED I ALRDY PAID LAST WEEK...HE SAYS I WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT..I SD HOW LONG HE SAY..HMMMMM I THINKKKKKKKK LIKE 12 HOURS...I SD WHAT 12 HRS..HE SAYS HEY MAM LISTEN..JUST KEEP QUIET..THEN HE SAYS SHUT UP...I REALLY DID NOT XPECT THIS....I CALLED THE MANAGER..HE JUS SAYS SORRYYY..THATS IT..AND SAYS IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE...GODDDDDDD I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEE SIFYYYYYYYY IT SUCKS. :angry:
