hi...i have been using sify for over 2 yrs now..n i called up the sify customer service to rnew my account..n then i spoke to this guy called THOMAS ..GUESS WHAT HE TELL ME WHEN I SD MY ACCOUNT IS ECIPRED I ALRDY PAID LAST WEEK...HE SAYS I WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT..I SD HOW LONG HE SAY..HMMMMM I THINKKKKKKKK LIKE 12 HOURS...I SD WHAT 12 HRS..HE SAYS HEY MAM LISTEN..JUST KEEP QUIET..THEN HE SAYS SHUT UP...I REALLY DID NOT XPECT THIS....I CALLED THE MANAGER..HE JUS SAYS SORRYYY..THATS IT..AND SAYS IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE...GODDDDDDD I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEE SIFYYYYYYYY IT SUCKS. :angry:
 
i think (but realised) that indian isps has not good technical and well behave ppl. also always teach lesson to ISP by hook or crook is your responsibily if they dont listen or dont solve ur problem. i dont know abt sify b/s it is not in my city. but there is always a way to teach lesson...WHICH ISP IN INDIA IS IN TOP IN CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL SERVICE?? mY ANS. IS nO oNE.
