Guyz Plz Help Me With Five Net....

I just paid 5000 for 365 days unlimited plan at 1MBPS.This is my 3rd year with fivenet and so far i am very much content with it.My cablewala insists i go for 10000 per year plan where i will get 10mbps but i passed on it.I am not much of a hub user but i would definitely recommend 5net to others.
 
I can't do the same right now. Something or the other is throttling my bandwidth.Makes Voice Chat and MMO Gaming impossible.
 
Zarnian = Nikhil ???? n neways Since November due to some strong lightnings, un logo ka koi switch udd gaya tha re, dats y dwlds r vry slow now.
Pelhe toh if u dwld torrents, it ues to give 12mbps tak ka speed from some cache image, n abhi even if it gets cache images in its peer list den to the dwld speed is capped, same thing can be seen on youtube. n i use AS 1030 plan.

Is that 10Mbps without FUP for 10K per annum plan ? And is HUB and cache services (Value added services) included in that plan ?
Oh no this is an old thread , sorry for bumping it ( Noticed it later )🙁
 
Ya 10mbps plan includes VAS.. n 1 more thing wanted to add i.e. CS lagging/ Ping Fluctuation also started after that, coz before November it was running smooth with 11-20 ping being the max ..
 
Sorry to bother, but is FiveNet available in Nerul, Navi Mumbai? If yes, how do I get in contact with them? I'm stuck with MTNL and want to move on.

My friend lives in Nerul , he uses sify and he has access to 5net hub , i think his cable operator provides 5net hub separately for 100Rs and sify broadband separately .
