High Ping ,Stutter in MTNLS 2mbps plan

Yeh have been disconnecting a lot since yesterday,today.Latency problem persists.
 
I was out for 4 days so when I came last night, net looked fine......... but since this morning there is no stability.... ping to LOL NA server is at 380ms with massive lags of 5sec every few minutes......Its unbearable to play with such ping and stutter..... when will MTNL understand tht we need good ping and no stutter along with the subscribed speeds......I will now hav to get 5-6 members in my society to apply for FTTH....... I think thts the only solution......

I am from Malad having ip 192.x.x.x. Initially I used to play LOL with ~150 ping.
My friends who are from Borivli , all of us with varying MTNL plans are facing high pings.
I dont think its due to any differences in ip/ broadband plans etc, but i suspect its something to do with data routing to the servers.
Its annoying to play at 300+ ping. Do let me know if you have any solutions.

I had this 300+ ping to NA LOL servers which r in LA....... but tht was when I was on 2Mbps UL1333......
Since I chged to 8Mbps....... ping is 220-240ms to same servers......
Xchg says there is too much saturation on the 2Mbps profiles...... so the high ping......

Does the 120.x.x.x IP range hav an area limit??...... like say till Andheri or something...... or like MTNL says WEST1... WEST2.... WEST3
I am looking to chg frm 59.x.x.x to 120....... do I hav to ask them to put me on 120.x.x.x or just tell them to chg port and hope they put me on 120.x.x.x......
Timeouts r back for me this wkend...... not as bad as earlier but its annoying..... so would like to chg IP range.......

Tell them that you are sick of timeout issue and need a port change to SOTL system. Be adamant. You may have to go to your local exchange in person.
