How to get receipt for Vodafone India Bill Payment?

I have made the payment for my voda bill online as i have registered account on myvodafone, but some error occurred while i made the payment. the amount has been deducted from m y account.

Now i want the online receipt where i can take the printout and submit in my office.

please help.

At the time of making payment, a pop up windows appear but as your payment got failed, you need to take a printout of your payment history after payment is reflected. Or you may approach Vodafone officials on mail to provide you a soft copy of the payment.

i just pay for Vodafone prepaid bill , payment is also successful but didn't get receipt so how get receipt od payment?
