Modem Compatibility with VDSL plan - UTStarcom WA3002G4

I'm thinking of upgrading to VDSL 1499 plan in Hyderabad (16 Mbps till 40GB, 4 Mbps from thereon).I wanted to know whether my current modem (given in title), is compatible with my plan.If not, can anyone give me a link to a modem which is compatible ?
