We hate brand airtel

I hate Airtel (broadband) because of:1) Anti-consumer measures like the Fair Usage Policy2) Horrible pings to the rest of the world.3) They spend much much more money on advertising / marketing than is needed, rather than spending money on improving their infrastructure and services. e..g the obscene amounts of money spent on the new logo, F1 etc.4) It is 2013 and we are still only in the 4-8-16 Mbps region.5) They have forgotten their roots (providing excellent broadband and customer care which led to their massive popularity by word of mouth).

Just to add to the 4th point, even with those speeds they are with terrible FUPs.

Even though they take huge money for channels still forced us to see Ads.I hate Mobile because of several reasons.I hate BB because High prices. Monopolist practices. Billing errors. Fake promises from retention dept.

airtels call rates are patheticand they are using profits from here to buy providers in africa and other countries

Not to forget that they are using different means to activate unwanted VAS services without user consent.

I simply hate everything about Airtel - mainly their customer service
