Hello Armaan,

Please note that roaming is allowed and there will be no extra charges while on roaming if you latch into Vodafone network.

Regards,
Vodafone Customer Care.

Hi I am back from chennai, the 3G connectivity is good in chennai and also I got home pack 3G benefit in roaming. Kept me always connected.

Does vodafone have 3g in kerala ?
will i be able to use the service there ?

^ Vodafone doesn't have 3G in Kerala. Only Idea, Tata Docomo have 3G in Kerala Circle.

Very surprisingly. I called up Airtel to ask about 3G roaming with data packs. They said that in states where they dont have 3G license , they have tie up with other operators to provide 3G services. This was very strange to me as it seems to contradict with High Court order which banned such roaming pacts. But the caller was quite adamant that it is applicable.
Any idea if the same is present in Vodafone ?
