Iam A Get A New Problem

iam a facing some problems which r not come across to me as before.when i click any download links then an error is displaying."YOU DON'T HAVE PREMISSION FOR DOWNLOADING HTTP 404 FORBIDDEN" any link the same error is coming. 🙁 and the next is when the "SCREENSAVER" is comes up the download speed downs to '0'.when the "SCREENSAVER" is removed the speed comes to normal state. 🙁 Anyone know the solutions to my above stated probls,pls post them.

^ AFAIK , HTTP 404 FORBIDDEN means that the
file is not for downloading . one cant do anything here .
And disable screen saver during downloads .
