siti broad band VS alliance...or meghbela?

siti broadband
1)i am a newbie here..i was quiet happy with alliance broadband near shyambazar untill shifting to AJC Bose road kolkata and i had to opt for siti broadband.these 2 service providers hav marginally equal tarif plans..bt does siti broadband hav any peering site?alliance has torbox.net as the peering site which was awsom..i used to get upto 4mbps download speed and 700mb movie used to take merely 10min to b downloaded..plz let me know wether siti broadband has same type of any peering site or not..if not,i hav2 leave siti shortly 🙁2)does alliance provide connections around AJC Bose road?3)does meghbela have any such peering site?and do they provide connection around AJC Bose road?plz do clarify regards

Siti has universal peering in link-removed. eu. Yes MEGHBELA has a peering site called pmpl. in. However i would recommend Siti.. I have used all three but the peers are best in siti. I receive peers upto 12 mbps but the best part of siti is i find peering even in downloading playstore apps and songs. It is definetly more stable.
