Hi all! This is my first Post here though I have gone through other users' posts. I have a Reliance Broadband+ post paid connection. For the past month or so I have had very poor speeds.a) I logged a complaint - 191297172 on the 9th after their care executives were trying to tell me that I had to clear browsing history, scan my system for infections, etc. The guy was very reluctant to log the complaint and I had to force him to do sob) On the 11th I escalated this issue to their supervisor - their agents do not want to get their supervisors on the line though customers have the right to demand one. She said it would take 5 days to resolve. When prodded she confirmed the issue would be resolved by the 14th of this month.c) On the 14th I got a call from a guy called Suresh - from tech support who kept asking the same silly questions though I told him to go through the case notes first. This pathetic joker wanted to know what lights were lit on my ZTE USB modem. When I asked him to clarify the said - RED, GREEN, BLUE, YELLOW. Obviously this man had never seen a ZTE USB dongle in his lifetime or did not know what he was talking about. In any other company he would have lost his job.d) I started marking their President Services and Anil Ambani on all further mails. From their President's mail box you get an auto reply that states he is looking into the issue. It looks like they do not have a President Services - just have a dummy email account.e) This morning I get a mail stating that I have logged a new SR - 191643024 today and that would take 5 days to resolve. Obviously these guys just keep passing the buck around internally without a solution. The guy who sent me this mail did not respond to my reply asking him to call mef) I called back the care number and I was told that they have decided that my data card is faulty and that I have to contact the ZTE Authorized Service Centers in Bangalore and that they would give me a replacement. Since one of their care officers sent me a link for their ASC's I called two of the 3 people listed for Bangaloreg) The 1st one said they have no intimation from Rcom about my faulty data card. She said I could hand it in. They would test it and if it was under warranty they would replace it - in 5 days. The 2nd ASC referred me back to the 1st one.I do not trust these guys anymore. Do any of you have a phone number for the President Services or a senior manager who can solve my problem.

I too have complained but after assuring they do not do anything for the better services. I am waiting for the better services and improvements.

I can confirm this. It's a hopeless organization.
