Suggestions Required - ADSL modem + wifi router

I am in the market to buy a new adsl modem and wifi router.

Requirements:
1. should be able to handle 24x7 usage
2. should be able to support wifi "n" specs
(i can live without all other bells and whistles)

Budget : around 3k

I have shortlisted D-Link DSL-2750U Wireless N ADSL2+ 4-Port Wi-Fi Router | Router | Flipkart.com

but its reviews on amazon.com suggest that it gets pretty hot, certainly not the thing I want in a router I want to run 24x7. if any owner disagree please post a review.

I will appreciate any help.

For now I can only order online so I have very limited options.

If you have used anything out of what flip kart sells please share your experience
 
i am also looking for the same help. want to switch from mtnl 450tc1 router to some other good router...v1rus buddy i will share something with you as soon as i will get some details on this.
 
I'm happy with TP-Link DSL modem + wifi router on MTNL service, use it 24/7 and no issues.
