My FUP got reset without me knowing it

Horrible! My FUP got reset by the time I woke up today. I left something to download last night and that download got counted into this month's FUP because they reset the FUP without me not even knowing about it. Earlier, until last month, I had to logout and login to have my FUP reset and I could monitor my usage after I had done that. The usage counter on the portal site doesn't work, so I would use this software to monitor my usage after I logged out and logged in and reset my FUP.

Just called customer care, that dude told me that my speed still hasn't been reset and also told that it would be reset sometime in the afternoon or in the evening. whereas am getting these speeds.

He also told me that speed would be reset once you logout and login in again sometime today.He advised to do that several times.

What idiots. The speed has been reset for you clearly and they are talking thrash.

well last month (oct) ..i got fupped somewhere around 15th, got 2mbps speed for 3 days and again speed got reset to 10mbps and from then i was not fuped again.my pings are worst 😕

Stupid idiots. They did the same thing again. They reset the FUP without me having to logout and login. What the hell is wrong with them.Last month I got an SMS saying :The FUP has been reset. Please logout and login. And it worked just fine. Why can't they just follow that which they have been doing for years now?
