I had been using Airtel Broadband since ages (about 10 years).. The last I was using their 2 Mbps/30 GB plan..It was pinching my pocket deeply..
The last month I opted for MTNL Freedom 800 Combo..which was a a big mistake .. as the connection was never stable and half the speed..

Last Thursday I cam to know about the Reliance Thunder plan and I instantly called the Local Reliance Sales Guy..he came to pick the cheque on the same day and the installation was done on Sunday..

Connection Type: ADSL

Torrent download (Peak DL=430kbps):

I still have to understand the Reliance Login page. It seems for flawless performance this page and other associated pages should be open in Internet Explorer only. In Chrome clicking other links results in login off and disconnection.1. Do Reliance still lock the MAC address? I am using default MAC address on my Netgear N150 and it seems to work fine at times. HOWEVER at times the internet stops working after about 45 minutes. Should I copy the MAC address of my primary computer to the Netgear router?2. While using multi computer/Laptop, do I need to keep my primary system (through which the Reliance BB is logged on) on with the browser/Reliance login page running?

1. Do the reliance still locks the MAC address? I am using default MAC address on my Netgear N150 and it seems to work fine at times. HOWEVER at times the internet stops working after about 45 minutes. Should I copy the MAC address of my primary computer to the Netgear router?

2. While using multi computer/Laptop, do I need to keep my primary system (through which the Reliance BB is logged on) on with the browser/Reliance login page running?

1) keep router's default MAC address .... dont change that ...( for reliance login page open USE Internet explorer )
2) no need to keep default machine on ... if u connected to wifi on phone ..u will stay connected all day (24 hrs ) ( only time u will disconnected if u dont use internet and connection stay in ideal mode NO DATA USE )

1. So If I log on once using phone browser/Laptop and then take the Laptop/phone to my office and when I come back in the evening I will not have to log on to the Reliance login page provided the router was not switched off during the day.

2. Is it normal to get intermittent disconnections at times.

Thanks again.

you can login from mobile phone browser tooo...if your computer off ...( android i m using )
