Reliance Broadband Thunder 699 2mbps unlimited Plan in Indore

Hi Jason ,i am also from Indore, Khatiwala Tank,
Also planning to switch to Reliance after these Epic
Plans, just wanted to know whether reliance also
provides there own modem with Rs 600 installation charges.
yeah they will give u modem free just installation charges 599 + plan charges ...and always pay with cheque ....

Jason, can you give me the contact no of local reliance office at Indore, it has been more then 48 Hours after contacting toll free customer care no, but none has came for installation.

Might be they will give you good service or may be not. i can make customer care guy's life hell if i dont get full speed ...using reliance from last 4 years ...so know their all excuse and tricks ...... getting speed always 2.7+ mbps ....
 
meh 19th they fixed in evening and 20th its gone again DB down something...local guy said will fix today means 21. Lets see...commenting by using mobile net. 🙁
 
Finally after 13 days downtime today they fixed it...I hope it won't down again. Was almost going to disconnect but airtel 256kbps speed didn't let me do it 😛
 

yup ^^Hmmm downloaded untouched blu-rays first time, 42 GB movie lol. 38mbps bitrate 😀I just hope that there will not be any problem of dead connection for weeks.
 
i want to switch to MEN but here local guys have no idea about it ... they start talking about static ip lol 😛and said MEN plan will cost me more 🙁
 
Today i changed my plan to Thunder combo 1199 4mbps unlimited. Reliance finally changed speed in combo plans also. Thunder combo 699 also very good tho!

4mbps upload speed currently. Metro ethernet
Almost 1 year passed and i can say that 1 month downtime by Reliance easily in 1 year. Well still i am satisfied cause i enjoyed very good speed in remaining 11 month. During downtime i just used 3G by tethering in mobile.
 
What's the difference between metro ethernet and whatever the other type is?
Do they provide net from those orange boxes which are installed in staircases of the buildings? Or they provide net through overhead wires like hathway?
 
I am from west Delhi too. Reliance stays down all the time. If you call them for help, they say complaint is registered, issue will be resolved in 48 hours.But
last 18 days my connection is still down.The applet authority person talks in very insulting manner at very high voice.Really i am very disappointed for reliance broadband service.
Reliance is mistake. Really mistake ,I have asked them to terminate the connection and refund my bill amounts.
