How easy is it to get Vodafone micro sim for iPhone ?

Can anyone tell me how easy is to get Micro Sim for iPhone 4/4S ? I will need two micro sim cards, one for my wife's existing Vodafone number and I want to take a new connection myself. Both is/will be prepaid.

Vodafone will not going to help you on this as they don't provide micro SIM(For Prepaid Customer's), just visit any nearest mobile shop and ask them to cut your SIM. They will charge you accordingly like 0-100 Rs. 🙂

I had to get a microsim about 5 months ago when i bought HTC One X. If i remember right, the first store i visited had only prepaid micro sim or some series which could not be used for my number(postpaid) & i hence had to go drive to another store in the nearby locality, took them only 2 mins to give & activate the micro sim

I don't have problems with cutting the sim as I have the cutter as well. Just that if I get a micro sim I thought it would be better. Actually I have my wife's existing sim already cut into a micro sim and put in the iPhone but since that sim is very old, like 2007 old, the MY NUMBER thing is not populated in her iPhone and hence we are not able to activate iMessage on that.

That's good to hear 🙂 But as far as i remember they are not providing MICRO SIM to prepaid customer in my city specially. So i always prefer local mobile shop. 😀
 

Just walk into any Vodafone gallery. Im using Vodafone prepaid micro sim on iPhone 4. You will get the micro sim in 5 mins.
 
Ok let's see if I get the micro sim or not at my place. I will need it after 2 months so I will be asking then.
 
Vodafone has been providing Micro SIMs (both Prepaid and Postpaid) from 2010 itself...

I think I paid around Rs 40 for the micro sim and yes same edge plans are there for iPhone.

Not working for me .. How do we enter the settings ?
 
There is a settings icon on iPhone. Once your in settings to enable gprs follow these steps. Settings -- General -- Network -- Mobile Data (turn it on for gprs). If your using 3G then turn on mobile data aswell as enable 3g. Hope this helps.
